I'd thought I'd make the famous lasagna recipe from the New York Times. Only problem is that it specifies using lasagna sheets from "Antica Pasteria"--not an option for me since I live in California. I have a pasta machine, so I was wondering if I could roll my own pasta and use that in the recipe.
