We just got back and wanted to share with fellow Chowhounds. We appreciated the enthusiastic reports we previously read about Rosemary's and concur. We shared one tasting dinner and one entree. The 5 courses were generous and all were well-prepared. If I had a quibble, it would be that there was a bit too much salt on the meat courses. The service was outstanding. All waiters served entrees at one table to insure that the food was received at the same time and was still hot. The wine list had a couple of reasonable choices and the waiter recommended an excellent cabernet sauvignon for $36; I believe the winery was Gott.
As to Okada in the Wynn hotel, the decor is so beautiful that it took my breath away. Try to reserve the tables by the waterfall that is surrounded by rock gardens and plants. The sashimi was pristine; I would also recommend the eggplant with shellfish. It is quite pricey but we thought the experience justified the cost.
