Per recommendation of CH'rs, went to the Orleans Casino's Prime Rib Loft. Not much on the ambience or atmosphere, like a coffee shop. But, not to be discouraged, the prime rib was large, tasty and well priced at $13.95, including soup/salad, bread and a starch. Ask for the unadulterated horseradish and be prepared to blast off. Spiciest I ever had. A very little drop will do you. Very busy so get reservations.
Also visited Hue Thai sandwich on Spring Mountain Road for Banh mi. Not as good as Mr. Lee's or Mr. Baguette in LA but OK. Good food to tide you over while being bored driving I-15, easy to eat with one hand and light.
