Las Vegas: Convention Ctr to Henderson

A couple of days upcoming this week at the builder's show at the convention center...

Of course LOS is at the top of my list as often as possible, but I scored a terrific deal at the Hyatt Resort out in Henderson, so will be driving back and forth along Lake Mead Rd / Boulder Hwy (or the interstate--not sure from the maps which is fastest) everyday.

Anyone know of the best routes given time of day, and any good stuff betwixt and between along the way?
