Las Vegas business trip! Dinner Suggestions!!!

HI Guys,

I'll be in Vegas the last week of October for a business meeting that I'll be hosting. I have 22 people attending for 3 nights and need some feedback on some of the dinner options I found would be great...Budget is not an issue I just want to make sure that the places have great food, and nice environment!!
