Las Vegas Breakfast: The Verandah/Peppermill

LVI | May 22, 2006 10:51 AM

After reading through numerous postings here I decide to go to the Peppermill with 2 others for breakfast on our first morning. Overall I would say that for the price it is not worth it. I had the eggs benedict while my brother and friend each had omelets. They both liked theirs but their reaction was the same as mine. For the price not worth the trip. Mine was decent but the hash browns that accompanied were way under cooked and if properly cooked I can see how they would be more appealing. The second day we went to the Verandah @ the Four Seasons. I have in the past written about the Huevos Rancheros in the past and as usual, they were awesome. This breakfast is as good as it gets in Las Vegas and each person in our party (there were 6 of us) loved what we got. It is a very tranquil spot and although expensive (surprisingly, within a couple of $’s of the Peppermill) it is worth every penny. As with alot of Las Vegas establishments, you get what you pay for.
