OK a couple of people here have posted about their excellent roast chicken from the showtime rotisserie. Admittedly I've never been able to get perfectly browned roast chicken out of my oven (which is a convection), so I'm tempted to try it.
The question is, have people tried the larger one (the 5000 model, I think) that holds two chickens or just the small one? I'm inclined to get the bigger one, but perhaps the smaller one works better if the heating element isn't strong enough. thoughts?
