Large side dish help

schrutefarms | Feb 6, 201510:29 PM     39

Hi! I have to make a side dish for a garden party, should feed at least 50. Needs to be able to trasport easily and be okay at room temp. Sandwiches and deviled eggs are already being done. I was thinking maybe a pasta salad, but that seems a little boring. No green salads or anything that could wilt. Really don't want to have to make a bunch of time consuming things (i.e. have to bake 4 or 5 quiches). Also can't spend a lot of dough. So...with all that, any suggestions?? Thanks in advance!!
