Okay, what I really want is the All Clad, but budget says no. I recall that Cook's Illustrated perhaps did a comparison of roasters and recommended a moderate priced one?
Does anyone recall?
And I do want large -- as in super size brisket, or two whole ducks. Also, stainless, not nonstick, so I can do a pan sauce on the stove. I don't need a v-rack, flat is fine.
