I'm cooking a 22lb bottom round roast for the Super Bowl and I need an estimate for how long it's going to take to get to medium rare. The minutes/pounds charts I found online are all over the map. I hoped someone with experience roasting 20lb cuts could give me a few pointers. Thanks!
