My husband looked at my posting of my Laab Kai recipe and said, "You don't make it that way. You put in a lot more fish sauce."
Actually, I guess I do put in more fish sauce as well as more kao khua. You could also put in more chilies, but I was assuming that most people know that if they like it really hot they add more chilies. Additional fish sauce and kao khua can be added to taste as you mix the laab before serving.
