At a reunion of five friends (all in our 60's and professional) we ordered apps and entries, and were only served apps, which were tastess and overcooked.
After two hours of waiting, the entries were never served.
After requesting to see the manager, he finally made an appearance after 10 minutes, and promptly (the only alacrity of the evening) refused to give us his name or acknowledge any error. Indeed, he seemed annoyed that he had to deal with the matter.
Literally and figuratively, Landry's left a bad taste in our mouth.
Was this an isolated incident or have others been disappointed by the service, food, or management of this establishment.
