OK, did the Sukhothai trip today...had a slight delay finding it since I had it in my mind that it was in the K-Mart shopping center rather than a brand new center that I didn't know existed. Bottom line: we really liked it! The calibration of spiciness up front is great for wimps like me who can only stand a '2' or '3' on a scale of 1-10. We had the Hot and Sour soup (at 3), very spicy and delicious. I was "bowled over" (pun intended) by the size of the serving having been used to the little $4.95 cups at Lemon Grass. I had the Pad Puck Supalot (pineapple stir fry) calibrated to 2 on the spicometer, very delicious; my wife had the apple salad with grilled chicken (topped with world class cashews). I really would have loved to try the banana cake or banana spring roll for dessert, but I just had no room. Although my wife has absolutely adored the Lemon Grass ever since we went there the first time, she likes this place even better. We will probably be doing all our Thai in Mountville from now on. I like the fact that I was filled up after eating here. By the way, I asked if they were a chain; they are not. They are a family owned business; there is another restaurant in Canada (according to the waitress).
