I'm going to a bi-weekly dinner thingy with some co-workers. I got some lamb shanks and I was thinking of making them. Is there anything I could make with these that won't take hours and hours? I don't have a crock-pot and I'll probably start cooking after work. I do have a Le Creuset pot and a pressure cooker. I've had good luck with nice tender meat in a hurry from the pressure cooker but I want something browned and not grey. Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks!
