Went to 1789 restaurant last night for restaurant week (note: they have almost their whole menu available for RW!) and ordered the lamb chops for $10 extra. Why order anything else there when the lamb chops are so superlative. Two nice big ones, nicely "frenched" and trimmed of fat, cooked just to you specifications accompanied by a delicious potato gratin with fontina cheese. Fabulous! The best chops around. The lobster and mushroom risotto appetizer is good, too.
