met up with some friends for drinks last nite at Mua. And tried a new (for me) dish. The lamb cheeks were delicate and flavorful. I was especially surprised by the near-gelatinous center of the small rounds of meat. Placed on a dish with a reduced sauce of chicken broth + red wine. Enjoyed the lamb flavor that was nicely present.
And of course, I had my fave Mua cocktail: rosemary martinis.
