Had dinner at Laiolo last night and we were very impressed about how delicious the food was for only being open about a week or so.
The blood sausage with chickpeas was delicious and well integrated as a dish rather than just being boiled chick peas with a hunk of blood sausage on top. The fuet and boar chorizo were fantastic. The only hickup was slightly overcooked whole petrale sole. Wine list looks great and cannot wait to go back to try some more obscure selections. Service was friendly and ahead of the curve at this stage.
