Lacore and Lagostina max oven temp?

Sear101 | Oct 12, 202008:43 AM     15

Help! Probably need someone who is bilingual. Or has experience with these specific cookware? Or can find a manual that I can’t somewhere.

I’d go with frying pans or rondeau or casserole from chef luxe on Lacore. And academia for Lagostina. If that still exists or matters.

But due to some food allergy issues namely gluten I need cookware that is oven safe to 500+ Fahrenheit and for multiple hours. Effectively I have to not kill but destroy or denature the gluten molecule. Most brands tell me very clearly what temp they can go to in the oven. Yet I can’t seem to find any literature pertaining to ovens for these other than “oven safe”

If someone could shoot a link up to it. Or tell me that you’ve done it before and you didn’t pull out a warped pan. Because the Lagostina brand warns that thermal shocks will not be covered by warranty. Which means no room for error.
