Among the different areas in Manhattan, is the Garment District the slowest in restaurant development? I know that there are a few that would be considered good ( Asia de Cuba) hrmm ok maybe 1. Some people would not even consider AdCuba good.
There are restaurants around here but it seems like if you name a certain part of a city, you can always name a few, except in the Garment District. If you say Grammercy there are about 4 or 5 taht stick out. Same with Union Square. Why the lack in the Garment District?
