Guy Fieri was right. This place makes the best mole sauce under the sun. I've tried three of their dishes that feature mole sauce, and every one was different, and spectacularly good. The tacos mole are my favorite of all time.
Their guacamole, featuring mango chunks and raisins, is addictive. And yeah, most of the salsas are hot, but they're made for adventures. Hot strawberry salsa? To die for! If you're the tame type, try the cilantro, or pecan salsas. Both are fairly bland.
I also love the decor and service. Lovely paintings by talented Latin American artists, sculptures indoors and out, a pleasant, cheerful wait staff — what more can you ask for? My wife and I had lunch there last week, and both of us left stuffed to the gills. All told, our appetizer, two entrees, soft drinks, and salsa plus chips, set us back only $25. This place is totally amazing.
