I had dinner at la regalade last night.recently there were a few postings about its closure.so i wanted to get the latest info.
the food as attested by many postings was as good as ever.hearty but not heavy south west cuisine. it's an exceptional value at 30 euros for 3 courses and unbetable wines from small proprietors below 20 euros.
the chef yves camdeborde is taking off in late april
to relax and enjoy life.he will open a new restaurant
late in the year.
the current rest. will be taken over by bruno doucet,
he was #2 at apicius .he is young and will keep the la rigolade spirit.he will start cooking in may
