We went to La Petit Paris for the first time Thursday evening and thought I'd share our experience. We ordered the escargot as an appetizer and it was quite good. It was served with some French bread which made for nice dipping in the butter-garlic sauce. One of our diners ordered the salad with poached egg and this was good but not great. The coq au Vin was the most disappointing of the 4 meals but the steak with cognac was outstanding. None of us tried the desserts. Their wine list was quite extensive but we had all had plenty to drink before arriving at the restaurant so opted for ice water and coffee at the end. All in all we'll probably try this place again but will stick to the steak offerings.
