You have to thank my friend Steve for the Menu and for bank-rolling the menu.
I was just there for "line-cook" type duties and pretty-ing the plates.
I did do all the meat and cheesy bits and candied all the nuts and poached all the fruit and drove the bubbles from Silverlake Wine all the way to Thousand Oaks for the shin-dig...Yum!
