La Nouvelle's 3 Mousse Cake -- Big Success!

jayjay808 | Nov 16, 200103:26 PM     1

Thank you to those of who recommended this cake! I went ahead and took your advice and got this for my husband's birthday dinner. It really was delicious, and best of all, my husband and our guests loved it. I got the square 12-person cake for $42, but you can cut it into 16 3x3-inch (approx.) pieces. The mousse was very creamy and light at the same time, and the texture of the mousse, the chocolate cake layer and the white chocolate shavings were just right.
