Tried the caponata, escargots, and Paella Valenciana.
Veggies in the caponata were grilled to the texture of fried plantain, dressing had perfect balance of oil/vinegar, sweet/sour. Escargots on crostini with cheese and tarragon were very heady, actually gave me a buzz, I think. Paella w/spicy tomato sauce was colorful and meaty, chock full of seafood, chicken & sausage, but didn't have the potent finish I hoped for. Sorta like those two recent Zhang Yimou flicks. As always, Leonidas hot cocoa afterwards! (Every time I walk in there, I hear Curtis Mayfield singing Pusherman)
