LA Hound on Southwest road trip - any suggestions?

The first week of May we'll be taking a little road trip. First stop is Laughlin where we "won" (i.e. bought for reasonably cheap in a charity auction) two nights at Harrah's. Is there anywhere decent to eat in Laughlin other than apparently the steakhouse and maybe the Mexican place in Harrah's?

Then we head to Grand Canyon where we will spend one night and we have dinner reservations at the El Tovar. Anywhere between Laughlin and Grand Canyon that might be good for breakfast or lunch? My brother, who is a competitive long distance motorcycle rider, says that we should take Route 66 to the extent possible and I think we will.

Then we head to Bryce for one night and we have dinner reservations at the Bryce Lodge. Again, anywhere interesting for breakfast or lunch between Grand Canyon and Bryce? I know that's a really long drive so I expect to get a pretty early start.

Same thing on the next day - drive from Bryce to Zion, we have dinner reservations at Zion Lodge, anywhere interesting to eat between Bryce and Zion?

Then to Vegas for two nights. We are all set for Robuchon on the first night (Le Atelier, not the restaurant - very excited nonetheless) and Fleur de Lys on the second night. We dined at Fleur de Lys in November and loved it and can't wait to return.

Appreciate any and all suggestions. Many thanks.
