The carne asada burrito is quite good.
The tortilla is slightly crisp on the outside, but soft and easy to cut (I elected to make this a fork and knife affair).
I ordered it without onions so it came with onions. :-\
I scraped the onions off as I went. The meat had a nice browned crust and a great deep grilled flavor. There were some beans in there, too. Its not like the Dos Burritos burrito, which is about half beans, but rather just enough to keep it interesting. There was also fresh-chopped tomato instead of salsa.
They serve it with a bowl of red sauce and a bowl of sour cream. I didnt need either, the burrito was that good.
The girl at the counter is pretty friendly, and Mamacita smiled welcomingly to me while in the kitchen doing the cooking. The girl who delivers the food to your table seemed like she had eight million things shed rather be doing than working at this place.
So now Ive tried the chicken taco, and the carne asada burrito; and I really liked both of them. I think Im going to move this place up in my normal rotation.
