What has happened at La Colombe with the use of tall coffee holders. They have switched from the one pot at a time to the large pots that have changed the taste of the coffee to a muddy type taste like that of starbucks. The inside of those containers cannot be cleaned like the glass pots. I am sure its easier for the employees but how can they do this to what was consistantly a great tasting product. The owners must be drinking the espresso.
