La Capitale was a wonderful surprise in Salem. Fantastic service and terrific local beer on tap. We started with roasted chickpeas and almonds, simple and fantastic with beer. I ordered a delicious piece of salmon with fingerling potatoes and fresh vegetables, all perfectly prepared. My kids enjoyed a gorgeous looking steak frite and onion soup and a delicious tarte flambe that more resembled a quesadilla but was perhaps the highlight of the meal. Recommend very highly.
