I think some people on this board are familiar with this BBQ pit/device. I believe some may have referred to it as a "cajun cooker."
I saw it advertised again in the latest NapaStyle catalog. There is a large model ($495) that holds up to a 100 lb. pig, or a small model ($295) that holds up to 2 pork shoulders or 18 lb. turkey.
Does anyone own one of these, especially the smaller model? I have two questions;
1) Is it large enough to make the process worth your while?
2) How in the heck do you clean this thing? It seems like a stainless steel lining inside a big wooden box that would be filthy/greasey and very hard to clean.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
