La Boulange at Starbucks

I had a pain chocolate (commonly miss-named a chocolate croissant) at Starbucks in Toronto last week. I was excited to try something from the new
La Boulange line. It was terrible - stale, mediocre chocolate, and pricy. Anybody else have any experiences to share?
