Restaurants & Bars 3

La Barraca

We tried La Barraca in downtown Hollywood Saturday night. Very lively and friendly service. We sat at the bar and had tapas. Very good and nice variety. The chicken in sherry and the mediterranean salad were excellent. People next to us had the grilled octopus which we will order next time. On Friday and Saturday there is live flamenco. There were 3 dancers and a guitar player the night we were there. We had a great time. With 2 people, it is great to sit at the bar and "graze" from the tapas menu, drink their house sangria, and enjoy the show. The dinner menu has the classic Spanish items including some interesting paellas.
