Hi all! Just got back from a trip to Kyoto. I fell in love with their iced matcha lattes. I have never been much of a fan of the ones here because they just taste like sweet milk. I am wondering if anyone has a good recipe for these types of drinks. The ones in Kyoto tasted more like matcha, more a dark green than light green. Just a little sweet. I have see. Recipes online but they al have milk...does anyone know if they actually use dairy milk or is it soy?
