This is a small counter-service space that specializes in 6-hour roasted pork. The skin comes out hard, fatty, golden, and crackling. Beware of sharp edges. The meat is thick and succulent. This shoudl be on everyone's hit list of food specialties. You have the choice of plain rice or garlic fried rice (this is a good move), and they'll also give you some sweetened papaya slaw on the side. Two dipping sauces include one that gives soem acidy kick to counter the fattiness of the skin, an the other sauce is thick, mild, and slightly sweet.
There are a few other menu items to choose from, so four people could craft together a varied meal, but there's not much space to do so.
