There was an earlier thread on this a while back but it never went anywhere...
I've been a lover of Kung Pao (chicken or shrimp) when I tasted the dish at Chin Chins in Las Vegas. Spicy, garlicy goodness :) I've yet to have it anywhere else that has matched their version of it.
But I'd still love to find some quality Kung Pao around TO.
Bonus points for downtown (Chinatown east or west)
