Finally made it to Kuma Inn. The relatively new Asian tapas sake bar on Ludlow bet. Delancey and Rivington right beside Suba and loved the food. In lieu of ordering from the regular tapas menu (6 to 10 bucks per plate) . i opted to go for the 30 bucks tasting menu which comprised of 5 of the better selections on the menu...the last course which was dessert was a choice between lychee, mango sorbet or green tea ice cream. All the 5 savory courses were good but, i think the sauteed chinese sausage, grilled london broil, and pork tonkatsu were the clear winners. It's a small place, maybe around 25 to 30 seats but, tastefully decorated with bamboo art. Only downside is that they do not accept credit cards as of yet. So, do bring some cash! They looked like that they have a great selection of sake at reasonable prices too for those who like it. I am not particularly fond of it. Check it out!
