Went for the first time last night. Horribly disappointed. Pan Chan were underwhelming and uniformly similar in appearance and flavor.
I took the Bosam (a dish of steamed pork belly, lightly fermented cabbage, raw oysters, and a shredded kim-chee of what appeared to be radish). Lackluster, bland. The lady ordered kalbi (short-ribs). Dry chunks, and though not untasty, definitely unspectacular.
How disappointing! (sigh)
