I apologize if this is appearing all over - I had tried to post it earlier and thought everything was fine, but now can't find my post so here goes (again).
Because so many people helped with my question about the mysterious Asian (I thought) hors d'oeuvre I had seen in a picture, I found out I was looking for a Malaysian recipe for Kueh Pie Tee, a fried pastry case which holds vegetables and sometimes Shrimp.
Now I need the tool to fry the cases - tried to google, and have checked kitchen shops in Toronto with no help.
Any suggestions or leads?.
