Yes, the crackers are great! Made two batches for a party on Saturday afternoon, with various toppings. Like other posters have said, some parts come out really thin and crisp, others more chewy. I loved it.
Also, used a basic carrot cake recipe from Epicurious to make these cupcakes. Marvelous, not too dense. Omitted the ginger from the batter and the maple syrup from the icing; I was going for purity.
