(Another) Krissywat's Cracker Recipe Report...

I'll start by saying that these are REALLY delicious! I infused the olive oil with garlic and rosemary. These tasted a lot like paper thin foccacia.

I used a very fruity EVOO, infused with 2 smashed garlic cloves and 2 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary (removed the garlic after about 20 minutes).

After spreading the dough out (which my 3 year old son thoroughly enjoyed!), I sprinkled the top with plenty of Kosher salt, which added a nice, salty crunch to the finished product.

I chose not to cut the crackers before baking, but rather broke them into shards after they cooled a bit. (Total baking time approx 14-18 mins.).

The only thing I would change for next time is to 1.5x the recipe, as there wasn't enough dough to fill each cookie sheet.

I highly recommend trying this recipe as it is fun, fast, and the crackers very tasty (and the variations limitless!)
