We had the prime rib on Saturday. It was GREAT! Once defrosted and re-heated, it really was about as good as if we were in Lockhart itself.
The outside had a nice crust to it. Not very spicy, but you could definitely taste the salt/pepper/smoke. The meat itself was wonderful. The outside was a little darker, and was really falling apart. The inside was pink and juicy.
For sides we made scallopped potatoes, squash and a salad. For wine, a Coppola Claret (black label) was a good match.
I'd definitely try it again.
