My birthday is in October and extended family and I are going to be attending a matinee show in Durham during the latter part of the month. I've been told since it is near my birthday I get to choose where we eat lunch/brunch. Now I have a dilemma. I can choose where I would want to go and deal with the people in the party who I know will complain that they can't find ANYTHING on the menu.. or I can kowtow to those people and pick a place that wouldn't be my initial choice. What would members of this community do?
