Dommy and I have moved to a house which closer to Koreatown than anything else in LA. Now that I can get OTA TV, I've been watching a lot of cooking shows on NHK World via KCSI's 18-2. On one episode of "3-minute cooking" was a Tuna and Avocado Donburi I thought that would be easy to throw together on a weeknight if I could find decent Sashimi grade fish nearby. Dommy is of the belief if I want anything of quality, I need to head to Mitsuwa, Nijiya etc. She thinks the stuff found at Galleria, Assi etc., won't cut it.
