hi guys -
i need some of your expertise out there.
what is that tea Korean restaurants serve cold called? what does it consist of and what types of sweetening agents are used? there was a version at buffetland that i tried that's started a lifelong addiction, i can feel it. :(
I tried the box tea sections and bottled stuff sections in the Korean supermarkets and couldn't seem to find it. there was tons of jujube, ume, cassia, stuff, is any of it relevant? can i make the tea at home and are there any good website resources on the stuff?
thanks in advance!
