I had an odd experience at a local Korean restaurant
yesterday. Previously the food was quite good. This
time it was not nealy spicy enough for my taste. The
dish I ordered was listed as hot and spicy (tripe and
beef intestine), but it wasn't. Nor were those little
side dishes that should have been (two sorts of kim
There is a portion of the menu that is not translated,
and I suspect that might contain the spicier dishes,
the restaurant having tamed the other dishes for the
