Hey all! I live in Santa Monica and I'm looking for a market or store near me that sells meat (specifically the thinly-sliced brisket) you'd find in Korean BBQ restaurants. I've visited a couple of butchers in my area but they said that the Korean BBQ brisket is made special by freezing the meat before slicing (it's how they get it so thin). My girlfriend and I like to cook this a couple times a week, but every time we run out we need to make the journey across LA to Koreatown (Galleria Market & HK). Are there any stores on the west side that sell the thinly-sliced brisket?
