BEST Korean in LONDON - Young Bin Kwan

halo | Oct 22, 2003 01:32 AM

i had a chance to visit this restaurant several times during my stay in london. everytime it was wonderful. i am from nyc so i am very particular with my korean food but Young Bin was up to par with the best of them.

the restaurant is right next to the Barnican Center on the 2nd floor walkway called St. Alphage High Walk. they have a buffet lunch for 10 quid that has amazing variety and fresh ingredients. the dinner is where they shine though. the kalbi is a rib steak that is tender and so very flavorful. the dolsot bibim-bop is a stone cooked rice dish with vegetables which was sublime.

i brought back their business card to recommend to all my london friends but i seem to have lost it so i don't have the specific address. the phone number is 020 7638 9151. luckily i had that stored in my mobile.

please try this place and enjoy eating!!!
