Hi. I searched for Korean for groups of 15-25 people and saw the usual mentions (Han Il Kwan, Brother's, etc). Any updates on some of the newer places like Manna?
Do you think most Korean places use dried shrimp, fish, or meat-based broths in the kimchi and tofu soups. I know bibimbap is a good veggie dish, but I don't want vegetarian diners to be limited to one dish while the rest of the party enjoys all manner of deliciousness. Are there other good vegetarian dishes on menus?
Thanks for any recommendations.
