I have been in many Chinese/Asian/international markets over the years and I usually find what I want. Most of the markets I go to will carry an assortment from different Asian countries including India many times. Where I am coming up short is Korea. None of these places carry Korean groceries. I know about HMART, but it is not in my area. Am I missing something? Are the Korean foodways so different that it isn't considered Asian? Or is there a political/cultural difference that I am not aware of?
