(Korea) Sillim Soondae

Soondae, also a popular street food that goes real well with Teokbokki, tastes best here in Sillim-dong. Soondae is a kind of a sausage made of bean curd and green-bean sprouts stuffed in pig intestine. It may look a little unwelcoming to beginners but Soondae Bokkeum (Roasted soondae) sure is a delight for most Koreans. There are many kinds of soondae: white soondae, roasted soondae, seasoned soondae, soondae with chitterlings, soondae soup and ever more.

Get off at Sillim station and out through exit #3 or 4. A few steps forward and you will be able to find many alleys full of soondae places!! Choose one that's most crowded ;)
